The Columbia Protocol is a six-question tool used to assess suicide risk and guide appropriate support for the Person Seeking Help (PSH).
The PSH can easily access the tool on their home screen, by clicking on the 3 dots menu on the top left and selecting “Suicide Risk Identification”:
Users can answer the questions at any time to assess their risk.
