Sound Off chats are end-to-end encrypted, as such they are not readable by Sound Off. The encrypted chats are deleted when you delete your account.

Sound Off maintains record of Clinicians and Peer Supporters after account deletion: validation of identity, clinical licensure, peer support training, validation of status as a veteran, personal information like name, address, phone number, profile picture. We maintain this data alongside record of clinical and peer support engagements, call events, surveys, and demographic data of person seeking help in order to comply with regulatory and Ethical need to mantain record of care provided.
