The Company shall compensate Counselor under the following terms:

Counselor shall be compensated only for those relationships designated as “compensated”. Should Counselor seek to exclusively provide support in compensated fashion, it is their responsibility to ensure that they have marked themselves as unavailable for “pro bono” relationships.

Sound Off may place a cap on the number of compensated sessions which any single User may receive; Counselor will be notified as you approach this cap. Any support Counselor provides beyond this cap will not be compensated.

Compensation Timeline: Counselor shall receive compensation via Bill.com (or such other service as may change from time to time) within 14 days of an appropriate logging of a session, to be confirmed by Company by comparison to Application records. It is the responsibility of the Counselor to register his or her payment/banking information with Bill.com to ensure effective payment. Counselor shall not receive compensation until such time as he or she has effectively submitted a W9 to Sound Off via Bill.com.

The Application will provide Counselor with brief surveys throughout your engagement with Users. It is the Counselor’s responsibility to respond to these surveys in a timely fashion.

Counselor’s compensated rate is $(INSERT AMOUNT HERE) per Session logged.

Sound Off’s compensated rates are reviewed annually and should an adjustment be appropriate you will be notified as such.
